Bringing you a fitness class beyond just the physical....


Karate-Fit originated from the observation that there are many fitness classes e.g. step, bootcamp, boxercise etc etc.,,,

...but not many where there is also intellectual stimulation for the participants.

I had the desire to show people also WHY certain movements, techniques are taught. So people improve also their understanding of exercise...not just to burn calories.

In this way I hope people have lasting benefits that go beyond the fitness sessions.

With a background in traditional Okinawan Shorin-ryu karate, I try to blend Eastern techniques and knowledge with Western fun informal style of fitness class,  acceessible to people of all levels and abilities.
